Job description: Position: Identity Governance Administration (IGA) Delivery LeadLocation: RemoteClient- OptumRate – up to 53$Client: NoteUS citizen ONLY located within the United States.Should be in EST time zone or ready to work from 7 am EST time zone.Project management experiencePrior experience in software development environmentExperience with Waterfall and Agile software delivery methodologiesExperience working with virtual, globally distributed teamsProject description:The Identity Governance Administration (IGA) Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in leading a global delivery team responsible for the development and delivery of software products. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving Agile maturity, and supporting the capability management of products developed by the team. The primary focus is on enhancing delivery efficiency and ensuring successful collaboration among cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:Delivery Lead for global delivery team o Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies and team collaboration forums o Work closely with development team to actively drive the work forward, and remove impediments o Partner with Product Owner to ensure a backlog of refined and prioritized work is available for the team o Provide support for Agile release preparation and execution o Develop and maintain metrics that provide visibility to delivery progress and quality o Provide project management support as needed for team deliverables, and activities requiring coordination with other teamsDrive increased Agile maturity on team o Provide direction and coaching for Agile team as needed o Evaluate and assess the teams’ strengths and opportunities o Work with team to identify, implement, and measure new and changed processes to increase agile adoption and throughputCapability Management support for products team develops o Partner with Product Owner and Technical Delivery Leads to support end-to-end capability management, including ensuring coordinated cross-team delivery o Identify and engage delivery partners from system and business teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration to support successful delivery o Ensure delivery alignment between all internal and external integration partners (upstream / downstream systems, and operational teams) o Drive development and execution of communication and training plans as needed o Identify and track operational readiness milestones as needed (eg: application support model developed and implemented, Help Desk knowledge and training developed and implemented)Skills Must have:Project management experiencePrior experience in software development environmentExperience with Waterfall and Agile software delivery methodologiesExperience working with virtual, globally distributed teamsUS citizen located within the United StatesNice to have:Experience in Information Security / Identity Governance AdministrationKnowledge of SailPoint identity management toolsExperience using Rally for Agile work managementPrior experience with Kanban and Scrum Agile team models
