Even though their ancestors are among the wildest creatures on the planet, domestic cats have grown accustomed to our way of living, and some have even learned to appreciate the same things we love.
A cat called Layla has melted hearts all over the internet after her owner shared a clip of her hilarious Jack Harlow for the first time, which has quickly gone viral on social media.
, under the username @chillestcat, the tabby cat can be seen chilling on the bed with her owner , moving her little head back and forth following the rhythm of the song.
The hilarious clip comes with a caption that reads: “My cat reacts to Jack Harlow. she’s in love with this song. Jack Harlow is a certified hitmaker.”
We’ve all listened to music around our cats at some point, but have you ever wondered whether or not they actually ? Shallowford Animal Hospital says yes, but not in the traditional sense that we do.
The animal hospital website says: “Our feline companions have hearing that is much more advanced than that of humans, which means that they can hear sounds of much higher and lower frequencies.
“Unfortunately, this also means that many favorite genres of music like rock and pop can be quite harsh on a cat’s ears. As a result, cats prefer ” music, which can evoke feelings of calmness and relaxation,” the website adds.
