After news of their recent ‘professional separation’ hit global headlines, followers of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s antics have been left wondering when exactly the pair were last seen together.
The question comes after weeks of solo public appearances having been made by the pair, which initially sparked concern over the status of their marriage.
If you’re out of the loop with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s recent relationship rumours, speculation first kicked off at the end of the summer.

Back in September, Los Angeles locals were surprised to see mum-of-two Meghan, 43, enjoying a night on the town without Harry, despite the couple living together with their two children – Archie, five, and Lilibet, three – in Montecito.
The former actress rocked up to the launch event of her gal pal and colourist Kadi Lee, who’d recently rolled out her own line of hair care products.
The Duchess opted not to shy away from the cameras throughout the duration of the evening, pointedly joining in on the fun whilst enjoying her one-man night out.
Eyebrows were further raised when Harry attended a Canadian Football event in Vancouver – where he promoted his upcoming Invictus Games, having rocked up on his lonesome.

Fans were confused when Meghan was nowhere to be seen – despite having lived in the area whilst filming Suits – with 40-year-old Harry confirming that she’d made the decision to remain at home in California with their children.
Putting two and two together, one royal insider explained that the decision to remain somewhat estranged in the view of the public was conscious, and that their ‘professional separation’ served as a means of focussing on their own passions.
“Harry and Meghan have consistently pursued solo ventures in connection with their individual interests,” the anonymous source told Hello! last week. “But remain deeply committed to their joint efforts through Archewell [their joint charity, formed in 2020]. Together they have exciting projects in the pipeline, all driving forward their shared mission for positive global impact.”
As we say, however, the news has left followers of the royal couple to wonder when the duo last enjoyed a night out in the spotlight together.
Let’s just say, you might have to cast your minds super far back to recall…

That’s because their last in-person outing actually took place on 18 August – 10 days after they returned home from a joint charity trip to Colombia.
In November, despite not actually being seen out and about together, the pair sent a joint message to the United Nations about ending violence against children in South America.
Despite their commendable intentions, the video accumulated a different sort of attention than expected, with many viewers claiming subtle hints in their expression were actually quite damning.
Today, Harry is expected to appear at the New York Times DealBook Conference, where he’ll chat to journalist Andrew Ross Sorkin, whilst Meghan will attend the 2024 Paley Honors Fall Gala in Beverly Hills, where her producer pal Tyler Perry will receive an award.
The Duchess of Sussex was reported to be undergoing a work-based estrangement from Prince Harry
Amid reports that she and husband Prince Harry are going their separate ways work-wise, Meghan Markle has spoken out.
In an emotional statement made at at California event – organised in partnership with the Archewell Foundation – the mother-of-two lifted the lid on what she hopes to achieve in the coming months.
Rumours of a rift in the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s marriage hardly come as a surprise anymore – especially given the slack the pair have received at the hands of the British tabloids since their 2018 wedding.
Despite split speculation, six years and two children later, and the pair are reportedly still as happy as ever.
That hasn’t stopped spectators wondering, however, why Meghan and Harry are rarely spotted together anymore. After a stream of solo events attended by each of them since their return from Colombia back in August, fans have wondered what’s going on behind the scenes.
Concern was first sparked when Meghan enjoyed a solo night of her own in Los Angeles back in October, celebrating the hair care brand launch of her colourist pal, Kadi Lee.
Weeks later, Harry appeared at a Canadian Football event in Vancouver in order to promote the upcoming Invictus Games in January, pointedly without his other half.

Spectators to the sporting tournament couldn’t help but wonder at the time why Meghan was absent from the trip – especially considering her close ties to Canada, having lived there whilst previously filming the hit law drama Suits – after Harry explained she’d remained in California.
Today, however, whilst not addressing reports of a work-based estrangement directly, Meghan issued an emotional statement about the mission and aims of her current project, which she is working on with Harry.
After attending an event for the Southern California Welcome Project – which was forged in partnership with her and husband’s Archewell Foundation – she shared: “This initiative, led by the partner organization Mina’s List, has spent the past year building community through storytelling and creating a safe space for women who have resettled in the U.S. from Afghanistan.”
She continued: “The evening included a shared meal that encouraged open conversation centered on gratitude and resilience.”
Meghan’s message seems to align with a claim made earlier this month by a Royal insider, who alleged that the Sussex’s recent outings are no reflection on the status of their marriage, and that it was actually a conscious decision to begin working on and supporting separate projects.

“Harry and Meghan have consistently pursued solo ventures in connection with their individual interests,” an insider told Hello! this week.
“But remain deeply committed to their joint efforts through Archewell.”
The Archewell Foundation is a for-profit and not-for-profit organisation founded by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex back in 2020.
The Royal source went on: “Together they have exciting projects in the pipeline, all driving forward their shared mission for positive global impact.”

The Duke of Sussex is set to return to the UK next month
After news of their ‘professional separation’ hit headlines last week, it has been reported that Meghan Markle will likely not be joining Prince Harry at his major public appearance in the UK.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, is expected to appear in London’s High Court in January 2025, where he’ll take on News Group Newspapers – publishers of The Sun – in a legal battle, with his wife reportedly planning on remaining in California with their two children.

Speculation has been rife over the couple’s relationship status since they returned home from a joint charity trip to Colombia in August.
In the months that followed saw both Meghan and Harry embarking into the public sphere on countless occasions, though always without the other.
While Meghan was seen enjoying a night out with friends in Los Angeles, Harry recently appeared at a Canadian Football event in Vancouver without his wife – despite her previously living there while filming Suits.
And now reports claim that Meghan will likely not travel across the pond to join Harry in court next month, and will remain in their Montecito home with son Archie, five, and daughter Lilibet, three.
Meghan, 43, hasn’t travelled to the UK since the funeral of the late Queen Elizabeth in September 2022.
“This will be very high-profile and the chances are he (Harry) will appear as he appeared at the last case and that would be accompanied by enormous publicity,” royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told GB News.

“I don’t think Meghan will appear, there are several reasons why she will not. She did not before and tactically from their point of view it would make no sense.”
He added: “She will not give evidence, this case is something that he is pursuing.”
Apparently, however, the Duke and Duchess’ absence from one another’s public engagements is nothing for fans to be concerned about, with another royal commentator claiming separate professional endeavours bare no reflection on the state of their marriage.
“Harry and Meghan have consistently pursued solo ventures in connection with their individual interests,” the anonymous source told Hello! last week. “But remain deeply committed to their joint efforts through Archewell [their joint charity, formed in 2020].
“Together they have exciting projects in the pipeline, all driving forward their shared mission for positive global impact.”
And after news broke of this supposed ‘professional separation’, public relations pro Mark Borkowski went on to offer his explanation about what this actually means for the couple.
The couple’s decision to ‘professionally separate’ has been praised by several royal experts (Eric Charbonneau/Archewell Foundation via Getty Images)
Borkowski described it as a wise move, believing both Meghan and Harry need to respectively focus their attention on ‘winning the public back over’, believing a huge proportion wouldn’t have been pleased when they surrendered their Royal duties in 2020.
“They had to change the narrative,” he told The Telegraph. “They need a venture that deflects from the failures.
“The charity aspect impresses upon everybody that he [Harry] does have value beyond the controversial stuff.
“It has the effect of separating them from the bad press and the failed content ideas. The punters still have time for Harry.”

Spectators couldn’t help but wonder what would have prompted the former actress to remain at their Montecito home at the time – especially being that she’d previously lived in Canada whilst previously filming the hit law drama Suits.
Meghan’s latest statement came just weeks after a Royal insider alleged that their pair’s focus on separate, solo endeavours, however, is a conscious decision, and that they’d made it with their professional futures in mind.
“Harry and Meghan have consistently pursued solo ventures in connection with their individual interests,” an insider told Hello! this week.

“Together they have exciting projects in the pipeline, all driving forward their shared mission for positive global impact.”
Asked recently what this ‘professional separation’ actually means, PR expert Mark Borkowski described it as a wise move, as they each need to earn the respect of the often-critical public – many of whom weren’t pleased when they packed in their Royal duties in 2020.
“They had to change the narrative,” he previously told The Telegraph. “They need a venture that deflects from the failures.

So, he’s adopted the typical transatlantic accent now that he’s across the waters and it’s hard to know how to feel about it.
Anthony Shuster, a communication coach and accent specialist, shared to the Telegraph about why it was happening.
He explained: “You notice that there’s a huge difference between the way the King speaks and the way Harry now speaks.
“There’s very little articulation at all in his speech—it’s far more relaxed.”
He also said it probably began ‘In 2019, after meeting Meghan’ as ‘there was already a noticeable shift.’
Harry’s love for the United States has meant that he’s now slowly turning into one.
He explained his fondness for the nation when he appeared on Good Morning America earlier this year when he said that he ‘loves every single day’ in California.
Harry added: “Our kids are bilingual, so they are going to flourish here.”
However, it could all be down to wanting to be clearly understood by Americans.
The accent expert shared that ‘it could be that Prince Harry has started to borrow American phrases and words to fit in and be understood better by the American press’.
Let’s see how it evolves throughout the years.
