This position will support the national bottle can contractual programs for Compass Group, Sodexo and Aramark, managing the contractual obligations, prepayments, trade spend, stewardship reporting while ensuring accurate forecasts and bottler accruals in MARS (Marketing Accrual & Reimbursement System), along with ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. This role directly interacts and supports Sales VPs and has a key role in direct customer interactions related to volume and funding. Successful performance in this role requires strong critical thinking skills, the ability to comprehend, interpret and administer complex agreements, understanding of reimbursement systems and processes, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication skills, customer service aptitude, the ability to work independently, proactively and engage in customer meetings and resolve bottler volume outlet and accrual discrepancies. This position will also assist and coach Genpact Finance partners on other CTM contracts, act as a liaison to support and resolve issues, engage with sales teams and bottlers as needed while building relationships with cross-functional teams. Key business partners include Sales teams, Customers, Bottlers, Cross Functional finance, CCBSS Volume Reporting and Hierarchy teams, Genpact CTM Finance and Legal.Activities and Tasks:
- Direct responsibility for contractual and discretionary bottle/can CPACT approved programs for Compass Group, Sodexo and Aramark Concessionaires.
- Contractual monthly stewardship reporting for Compass, Sodexo and Aramark bottle can CPACT approved programs and customer signed agreements to all key stakeholders. Reporting requires knowledge of Alteryx, MS Excel, ACCESS and PowerBI tools with strong analytical skills.
- Contractual interpretation and alignment of Bottler Approved CPACT programs with Signed Customer agreements and the ability to identify and resolve variances across the system.
- Strategic execution of customer contractual prepayments per contractual terms while adhering to compliance and chart of authority.
- Timely and accurate updates of customer forecasts in MARS ensuring accurate Bottler and NAOU accruals, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. This role submits forecasts updates for Compass, Sodexo and Aramark to Sr. Director and is the approver of Genpact team forecast submissions for the customer programs they manage.
- Establish key value-added business relationships and routines with Sales team and customers, engaging in opportunities to support, advise, challenge, and build integrity.
- Proactively manage data across the system to expedite final customer reconciliations versus prepayments, minimize bottler retroactivity and finalize MARS accruals on behalf of Bottlers and NAOU.
- Manage monthly MARS to SAP reconciliations in accordance with SOX narrative, maintaining accurate financials in both systems.
- Execute quarterly prepaid amortizations based on reasonable forecasts of earned funding.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and reported in compliance with Company Accounting Policy and GAAP.
- Provide leadership, coaching and subject matter expertise, in the bottle can reimbursement processes, supporting the CTM Genpact Finance team, overseeing a portfolio of approx. 160 Foodservice/SPOP/Retail customer programs.

- 7+ Years of financial/accounting work experience required.
