The Responsible Gaming Associate will sit in the Responsible Gaming Operations team whose focus is on assessing customers and working across departments to help provide a safe, sustainable experience for all FanDuel customers.THE GAME PLAN

- This team will focus on ensuring that the whole Responsible Gaming Operations team is operating effectively daily. As such they will focus on optimizing our process and ensuring that all key pieces of work are correctly executed..
- Handling daily customer interactions in the responsible gaming queues, prioritizing the handling of all contacts, and handling escalations of customer support or other frontline teams.
- Conduct Responsible Gaming risk assessments of customer accounts and manage accounts appropriately based on the outcome of the assessment.
- Act as a point of contact for other members of the Responsible Gaming team as well as other customer facing teams (VIP, Retail and Customer Service) to provide Responsible Gaming guidance and support.
- Collaborating with the Responsible Gaming Management Team to assist with regulatory reporting, regulatory complaints, and other required processes where necessary.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of RG processes and systems and act as a project lead where needed.
- Provide support for other teams within the Legal, Risk, and Compliance group when necessary.
- Be an effective manager to associates.
THE STATS
What we’re looking for in our next teammate
- Good investigative and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of total business experience, ideally in customer impacting operations roles (Customer support, Payments, Compliance, Fraud). Experience in the gaming industry or other highly regulated industries also preferred.
- Ability to effectively prioritize a book of work and escalate prioritization issues and complexities.
- Demonstrated aptitude for process execution, including identification of process improvements and suggested solutions. Ability to take initiative and produce results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think critically and communicate clearly and efficiently, with internal and external stakeholders without supervision.
- An exceptional team player, with a desire to be a leader within FanDuel Group. Ideally with previous manager experience.
- Comfortable working with comprehensive datasets and identifying patterns/trends and coming up with an appropriate plan of action.
- This role will require the candidate to obtain licenses from various jurisdictions to complete tasks associated with their role at FanDuel.

This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
Expected salary: $75000 – 83000 per year
