Prince William’s appearance in Germany today to support England in their last-16 match against Slovakia is in doubt.
The knockout phase of Euro 2024 started on Saturday and England will face Slovakia in the first game on Sunday, knowing a defeat would send them home.
Gareth Southgate’s team topped Group C while Slovakia finished third in Group E.
It has not been confirmed if the Prince of Wales will fly to Germany to support the Three Lions for today’s match.
William is the President of the Football Association and has regularly attended England matches.
The royal was pictured watching England’s second game of Euro 2024 against Denmark earlier this month.
William was seen talking to the King of Denmark at the match as the teams played out a 1-1 draw.
The Prince of Wales missed England’s final group stage game against Slovenia as he was supporting King Charles during the State Visit of the Emperor and Empress of Japan.
Princess Catherine is not expected to join William at the game if he does attend.
Kate returned to public life with an appearance at Trooping the Colour on June 15.
The appearance ended a six-month absence from public life and was the first time she had stepped out since being diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.
