Prince Harry surprised the media by arriving at court in person for a lawsuit over the removal of his police protection team.
The Duke of Sussex’s arrival in Britain was first revealed by The Sun, a newspaper he recently sued and settled out of court with.
However, it had not been expected and demonstrates just how seriously he takes the issues in the case.
Harry arrived at the Court of Appeal on Tuesday morning to fight to get his police bodyguards back after they were taken away when he and Meghan relocated to America in 2020.
Why It Matters
His legal representative has previously said it is not safe for the couple, and to return to the U.K. without them.
The case was filed against the U.K. Home Office whose lawyers contest this characterization.
