Meghan Markle’s major launch risks being overshadowed by a lawsuit over ‘s visa records as previously secret documents are due to be released.
With Love, Meghan will drop on Tuesday, March 4, and will see her whipping up a storm in the kitchen with A-list friends including Mindy Kaling and Abigail Spencer.
It is a big moment for her as the couple are under pressure to land a successful project not linked to their time in the British monarchy.

However, the (DHS) has indicated it will hand over redacted versions of previously secret documents relating to Harry’s immigration papers no later than March 6, in preparation for them to be published.
A court filing, seen by Regalrumination.com, read: “Defendant can provide these items with proposed redactions to Chambers within 14 days, no later than March 6, 2025.”
Why It Matters
Right-wing think tank sued DHS in an attempt to force publication of the prince’s visa records.
Harry described taking drugs including cocaine, cannabis, magic mushrooms and ayahuasca in his book Spare, and Heritage argued these experiences should have barred him from entry to the U.S. unless he lied on his application.
Lawyers for the organization want his papers to be published to determine whether he lied or was given favorable treatment.
What to Know
Judge Carl J. Nichols initially threw out the case in September in a blow for Heritage, who challenged the ruling, arguing the court kept too much of its reasoning secret.
On February 13, the judge ruled that more could be published and DHS now appears set to release redacted versions of declarations it made to the judge to aid his understanding of the content of Harry’s visa papers.
A transcript of a private hearing and an August court order will also likely be published for the first time in some form. DHS pushed back on suggestions the curtain could be further pulled back on the judge’s opinion at the time the case was thrown out.
The new batch of documents is unlikely to contain Harry’s actual visa papers in their original form, based on what has been stated in the court filings.
What People Are Saying
Judge Carl J. Nichols said in a recent order seen by Regalrumination.com: “Heritage contends that the court should have decided ‘whether portions of those declarations could be made public in redacted form.’ The court agrees.”
The Department of Homeland Security lawyers said in a filing seen by Regalrumination.com: “Defendant can provide these items with proposed redactions to chambers within 14 days, no later than March 6, 2025.”
Meghan Markle announced her Netflix show in a January Instagram post: “I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it.”
What Happens Next
Meghan will be hoping for positive reactions to her show when it drops on Tuesday, March 4.
It is not clear how long it will take the court to go from DHS submitted its proposed redactions to the publication of further secret documents, but it could be an anxious wait for Harry to learn what new material will enter the public domain.
The prince is unlikely to know exactly what’s coming since he is technically not a party to the case between Heritage and DHS.
