A couple who recently welcomed their first child are adjusting well to being new parents, if a viral video is anything to go by.
Micah and Sarah Wallace became first-time parents in October as they welcomed their baby boy, Shelton, into their family.
The couple have long had a large social media following on their , @micahandsarah, and , @micahandsarahhh, and now regularly create content as a family of three.
“It definitely was an adjustment the first couple weeks. We had no idea what we were doing,” Sarah told Regalrumination.com. “But now that we’ve learned a few things, we’re having a lot of fun as his .
“It’s also grown Micah and I as individuals in ways we didn’t anticipate which has been cool to experience together.”
One , taken by Sarah as Micah undertook the fatherly duty of changing his son’s diaper, proved hugely popular when shared to TikTok on November 21, 2024, racking up over 50,000 views and hundreds of comments.
Over the clip, Sarah wrote: “Asked my husband to change our newborn’s diaper and found him doing this…”
It showed Micah, standing in the nursery, and belting out ‘s Mulan song, “I’ll Make a Man Out of You,” complete with props and even a dance.

As Micah gives it his absolute all, baby Shelton stares, watching from the changing station, unable to keep his eyes off him.
And, after the big finale, Micah takes a deep bow to his son, who is solo in the audience.
Sarah captioned the video: “A clean diaper AND a show!” and told Regalrumination.com the regular song-and-dance routine is “just who we are.”
“We’re always singing and dancing and being goofy around the house. Especially my husband. There’s never a dull moment—or a quiet one, haha,” she said.
TikTok users loved it, with one commenting: “This kid is going to have the best life,” and another declaring: “This baby is going to live inside a musical!”
“Your child will never suffer from boredom,” another said, while one parent shared their own story: “This was me as a mom and now my son is a theater major in college. No regrets.”

Micah and Sarah have millions of followers across social media, which Sarah says is “not something we had planned so it has been such a huge blessing to us that has honestly changed the trajectory of our lives,” and that they are “extremely grateful” for the community they’ve built together.
As for whether navigating life as parents to a young baby is as fun as Micah and Sarah make it look in the video, she answers definitively: “Yes!”
“Of course there are hard moments too, but for the most part we’re always trying to come up with creative, fun ways to engage with him. Now that he is smiling and SO close to laughing it gets more fun all the time,” she said.
