- Develop and maintain mobile device management plans and processes including Agency Mobility Policies, Mobile device patch management, knowledge base self-help and technical administration whitepapers.
- Design, deploy, and maintain the service infrastructure including monitoring and maintaining cloud services, orchestrating system integration service, and ensuring security and compliance for MDM infrastructure.
- Design, deploy, configure and maintain the MDM software platform including research, development, and testing of new MDM features, configuration and maintenance of the WDFW app catalog, setup new spaces, configurations and policies for work groups, identify and deploy software updates to the platform.
- Maintain an inventory of agency owned mobile devices/Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) mobile systems utilized within the agency. Develop and maintain applicable configuration, security, remediation, and support standards for BYOD devices.
- Provide operational maintenance and troubleshooting of the MDM platform and mobile devices. Utilize the ITS Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform to track and prioritize service tickets for customer support.
Collaboration Administration and Microsoft 365 Apps and Power Platform:
- Create, configure, and maintain SharePoint site collections, back-end support, and infrastructure administration. Review, clean-up, manage and configure SharePoint accounts and sites.
- Configure, maintain, and manage shared services Teams accounts for the Agency.
- Perform all tasks necessary to fulfill Service Level Agreements regarding SharePoint collaboration services including site configuration, security permissions, troubleshooting and customer support.
Audio Visual Collaboration:
- Configure, maintain, and manage shared services communication and collaboration software for business for the agency.
Email Administration:
- Provide system administration of the Shared Services Exchange Email System.
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Systems Administrator Software.
Online File Storage Administration:
- Configure, maintain, and manage Box.com and OneDrive accounts for the agency.
Multifactor Authentication Administration:
- Configure, maintain, and manage RSA accounts and key fobs (RSA Hard Tokens) for the agency.
Disaster Recovery Technical Support:
- Conduct restorations from the agency backup system when requested by the End User Services unit through Service Tickets.
Records and Data Retention Administration:
- Monitor user account creation and termination services performed by the WDFW Service Desk.
Policy, Procedure, and Training Administration:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of ITS systems administration policy and procedures.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work Setting, including hazards:
- Office setting. May require work in small or difficult to access areas.
- Schedule:
- Typically, Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
- Hours may be adjusted at the discretion of the supervisor.
- Occasional off hours work may be required.
- Travel Requirements:
- Travel may be required in some circumstances.
- Tools and Equipment:
- Hand tools, computers, mobile devices, and cabling.
- Customer Interactions:
- Deal directly with end user support staff, WDFW employees and external vendors.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field (within the last 4 years).
AND
- Four (4) years of recent experience working as system administrator in a medium to large organization.
AND
- One (1) or more years of recent experience (within the last 4 years) systems administration in Mobile Device Management. (Experience may be concurrent).
OR
- Eight (8) years of recent IT experience (within the last 10 years) configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Exchange, Active Directory or Mobile Device Management services.
AND
- One (1) or more years of recent experience (within the last 4 years) systems administration in Mobile Device Management. (Experience may be concurrent).
Special Requirements/Conditions of Employment:
- Undergo a basic background check, which will include fingerprinting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:In addition to those required qualifications, our ideal applicant will also have some or all of the following:
- Experience administering SharePoint and Office 365 environment.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills, knowledgeable in network security.
