Meghan Markle used her account to post behind the scenes footage of her hugging staff and dancing as she made her new cooking show.
The Duchess of Sussex is preparing to debut With Love, Meghan, her new lifestyle show, two months after it was originally due for release.
She initially parked the series, fearing that a release at the same time as the L.A. wildfires would land badly.
Now though, she is days away from getting her first indication of whether the show will be received as a success. She released the new footage on her Instagram account to promote it.

Why It Matters
The Sussexes’ first Netflix project, Harry & Meghan, was hugely commercially successful, but also , while their three follow-ups did not draw big numbers.
That has placed added pressure on Meghan to show the world the couple can deliver on the sky high pay checks they have so far commanded without simply trading off the secrets of the monarchy they left behind.
The duchess has also faced multiple allegations she over the years, making the clip of her hugging a crew member all the more significant.
What to Know
Meghan posted with the message: “Six more days until our show launches on @netflix! Celebrating the crew and everyone who helped make this happen! The countdown begins.”
It showed her dancing, bee keeping and walking with her dog, Guy, who has died since filming, leaving Meghan with “too many tears to count,” she said in a January Instagram post.
“Because many of you will now see Guy in this new series,” she wrote in January, “I hope you’ll come to understand why I am so devastated by his loss. I think you may fall a little bit in love too.
“I have cried too many tears to count – the type of tears that make you get in the shower with the absurd hope that the running water on your face will somehow make you not feel them, or pretend they’re not there. But they are. And that’s okay too.”
In addition to the Netflix show, Meghan also has a lifestyle brand, As Ever, which will sell jam and other products.
What People Are Saying
One fan wrote on a version posted to X: “She looks so happy! Love that for her!!”
Not everyone liked the video, with some fans of the monarchy accusing the duchess of trying to overshadow a visit and Princess Kate hours earlier.
One post read: “Meghan Markle’s antics are so predictable you could set a clock by them. Every time the royals step out for a major engagement, there she is—right on cue—to remind the world she still exists. It’s textbook Meghan: the royals do something noteworthy, and she scrambles for a headline, pretending she’s too unbothered to care while transparently clawing for relevance.”
What Happens Next
With Love, Meghan drops on Tuesday, March 4, when fans will get to see her cooking with friends including Mindy Kaling. As Ever will follow in the spring.
