Eric Trump said is “one black sheep who doesn’t exactly know where he is, led by a wife that is pretty unpopular,” in the Trump family’s latest swipe at the couple.
Donald Trump first publicly criticized in 2020 when he said he was “not a fan” and more recently speculation has been mounting over whether he might if he is reelected president.
Eric Trump, the presidential candidate’s second son, heaped praise on Princess Kate and but was scathing in his assessment of the Sussexes during an interview with the Daily Mail.
“Kate, I think she conducts herself so incredibly well and has been such a rock in the next generation of the family,” he said.

“And William, obviously I don’t really think has made a misstep. And yet, you look at this one black sheep [Harry] who doesn’t exactly know where he is, led by a wife who’s pretty unpopular, both here and over where you are.”
There was, however, some positive news for Harry, as it seems does not foresee the prince’s visa being revoked by his father.
Right-wing think tank the Heritage Foundation has sued the Biden administration in an effort to force publication of Harry’s immigration papers, arguing his past use of illegal drugs, as detailed in his book Spare, should have ruled him out of entry to America.
Donald Trump has been asked in the past about what he might do about the issue if elected president again and appeared to hint he could intervene, saying in March: “If he lied they’ll have to take appropriate action.”
However, Eric Trump appeared to pour cold water on that theory: “I don’t give a damn if he did drugs. It means nothing.
“I can tell you that our father and our entire family has tremendous respect for the monarchy.”
“It’s actually sad,” he continued. “Because I do think one of the greatest… one of the most beautiful things in the U.K. is actually the monarchy and what it stands for and what it symbolizes, and this family. Its gorgeous.
“And by the way, the United States loves it. Every single time there’s a royal event, the positive weddings, etc., or in terms of maybe somebody passing, it’s covered on every station.
“Then you have the saga of people who have just gone off the deep end. It’s sad to watch but I think people can differentiate the two sides.”
Eric Trump said “welcomed my father with open arms” as he sought to position his family on the pro-Monarchy side of the debate.
“Truthfully I don’t give a damn about Prince Harry and I don’t think this country does either,” he said.
“I will say that my father loved the Queen and I think the monarchy is, like, an incredibly beautiful thing.
“We’ve known the King forever. In fact, I was just digging through a photo album not too long ago and I came across a great picture of him literally with my father, I’m probably six years old in the lobby of Mar-a-Lago, in the front entrance of Mar-a-Lago, and it’s special.
“We’ve known him forever. The monarchy is a beautiful thing. I think Harry’s done a huge detriment to it. He moved to the U.S. I’m not sure how well received he’s been over here. He doesn’t really exactly know where he is. But if you cast him aside from that family, the family’s been incredible.”
