When individuals are confronted with their mortality, particularly following a cancer diagnosis, their instinct is never to seek out photo opportunities; that would be highly abnormal. Instead, most people facing such a diagnosis naturally retreat from cameras and the public eye.

We often witness celebrities and public figures vanish from the spotlight for years before it becomes known that they’ve been silently battling cancer. Even the Queen herself quietly faced bone cancer without making it public; it was only revealed by a friend after her passing.

We also observe our loved ones withdraw from social circles and isolate themselves from friends and family; such behavior is entirely normal. So where do these nonsensical questions about Catherine’s whereabouts stem from?

What part of her undergoing chemotherapy and requesting privacy is difficult to comprehend? Those who are not public figures, like one’s mother or brother, are entitled to privacy without facing inquiries about their whereabouts or health status.

None of them had to publicly disclose their diagnoses shortly after learning of them either. Anyone who is seriously ill requires time and privacy. Why is it too much to ask for Catherine?

Is she not entitled to her humanity too? The issue lies in the fact that she is treated as a commodity due to the revenue generated by her appearances.

The questions about her whereabouts are not born out of genuine concern; they stem from vileness and greed for some and hatred for this kind soul for others. Anyone who has experienced a similar diagnosis within their family understands the need for privacy and the trauma associated with it.

Everyone who cares understands the need for time and space. The last thing a woman undergoing chemotherapy wants is to have her pictures scrutinized by the world.

Only those closest to her, her husband, children, immediate family, and close friends, need to see and know her whereabouts. No one else is entitled to her image or presence.

She is not the monarch or future monarch; therefore, the sense of entitlement stemming from mere curiosity is unwarranted. If one is genuinely concerned about her whereabouts, filing a police report would be a logical step.

There is nothing abnormal about Catherine’s request for privacy; it is a normal human response to the ordeal of cancer. Yet, she faces bullying for acting as any normal human would, while her husband, Prince William, is vilified for protecting her privacy.

It is this harassment that is illogical and animalistic. So, if one comes to my mentions with fake caring questions, they should expect the animalistic response they deserve.
