Job description: Job descriptionATC Healthcare of Northeast New Jersey is seeking a Healthcare Staffing Sales and Business Development Representative to cover our territory: (Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Passiac and Morris Counties of NJ). This is a commission eligible, Part-time/Full-time position requiring 90% travel. This position will require travelling to Doctor’s offices, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living and other healthcare Facilities throughout the assigned territories each day.As traveling throughout the applicable territory is mandatory, a valid Driver’s License is required for this position.Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Doctor’s offices, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living and other healthcare Facilities throughout the territory.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Work on submitting bids and contracts in schools and Government organisations.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2+ years of work experience in sales and/or business development or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and New Jersey market is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Drivers License
